Returning with us couldn't be easier. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 28 days of purchase for most orders. Please find our policy and process as below:
Return & Exchange Policy:
- All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt.
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- All intimate or heavily used items are not refundable.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days within the shipping date, however the refund will not be offered in the original method of payment, we will issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
- Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
- Send us an email OR add our service WeChat account GiviMoreVIP with the order number as the email subject and state the name and number of the items you want to return.
- Once we confirm the return request, you will receive an email with the return address.
- Carefully pack the items and put the original receipt in the box.
- You’ll receive an email once we receive your return package.
- All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return package, you will receive an email to confirm the refund.
